Class Return Policy

Due to teaching and materials cost, class tickets are non-refundable. We are happy to offer store credit for the full value of your ticket up to 72 hours prior to the event if you are unable to attend the class, which can be applied to products or future classes sold on our website. Cancellations or no shows within 72 hours of scheduled class times are not eligible for refund or credit.

Product Return Policy

Many items sold in our studio are one-of-a-kind or small batch, so we are unable to offer returns at this time. If your item happens to get damaged by the carrier, please send us an email at Please include1-2 photos of the damaged packaging and item and we will gladly give you a refund or store credit. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to go through.

Shipping Policy

Due to the fragile nature of our vases and vessels, we ship UPS ground on all packages, complete with professional packing and insurance. You will pay a base ground shipping charge at checkout, and additional fees may apply after receiving a final quote from our carrier.

Privacy Policy

Russian River Flowers School + Events, as a data controller, is committed to protecting your privacy. We will not sell your name or personal information. We process personal information we collect about website visitors and customers in accordance to this policy. Personal data collected may include information pertaining to billing and delivery (name, address, email address, phone number), IP address, location data and purchase history. Credit card information is stored and processed as necessary to complete payment transactions via Square or PayPal, and that information is masked to us. In the light of the new GDPR legislation starting in May 2018 please see below for how we manage our mailing list. Individuals are on our mailing list because they either signed up on-line or in studio; they are customers of ours; or they have information about our products. We send out a newsletter by email about 2 times a month. Our newsletters include information about new classes, products, and projects along with occasional invitations to in-store events/ special promotions. We use Mailchimp for all of our newsletters, meaning that all contact details can be updated easily. Mailchimp also gives an easy option to unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time. The unsubscribe option can be found at the bottom of every newsletter email we send. The Mailchimp unsubscribe feature is immediately and permanently effective.

What Should I Bring To Class?

Yourself! And creativity! Our class fees are all-inclusive, meaning we will provide you with all materials needed to complete the course activities. Light beverages, such as water or tea and occasionally wine, will be available. Depending on the course, light snacks may also be provided, but not guaranteed. During lunch breaks, you are welcome to bring your own food to enjoy, or we are happy to help you choose from one of our delicious Healdsburg dining options.

Do You Offer Gift Cards?

We do! Gift cards make wonderful gifts, and are a great way to invite a family member or friend to join you for one of our classes.
